All USPS packages include delivery confirmation which provides proof of the package being accepted into the system and final delivery, but is not a way of tracking a package. If you require tracking, please select UPS as your carrier. All UPS packages include $100 insurance coverage. International orders will be shipped USPS first class or priority mail only. US orders over $100 ship free via USPS. Free shipping for US customers may be shipped via first class, priority, or parcel post. Insurance is recommended and is required for orders over $250. Orders will be shipped to the (one) address in the ship to field only, no exceptions. Please note that we now ship using recycled packaging. Our mailers are not only made of 100% recycled materials (50% post-consumer fibers), but they are also 100% recyclable. Your products will still be safe and secure, and now you can recycle all of the packaging from us, if you choose not to re-use it. Returns | Exchanges Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us at returnsATsloomb.com within 7 days if you would like to return your item or feel you have received a product with a manufacturing defect. Returns will be available to the original purchaser only, minus shipping and an 18% restocking fee. You will be issued an RMA number that must be written visibly on the outside of the package and is required for all returns/exchanges. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion within the first 30 days of purchase. For orders with multiple items, please test one first to make sure it fits properly - only defective, unwashed and unworn items will be considered for return/echange. Natural/organic/sustainable fibers (wool/hemp/cotton/bamboo) fade, shrink, and otherwise change in appearance and texture with time and use depending on care and is in no way a defect of the product. Care for your products properly, be kind to them, and consider your energy use when determining your wash routine. If you plan on heavy use, please order accordingly.
